RETURNS
- Due to COVID-19, we will NOT accept any returns at this time unless item is defective.
- Please notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving merchandise if your item is defective.
- Once approved, we will email you with attached return instructions.
- Please note return shipping cost is not prepaid. We suggest using USPS, UPS or another shipping company that can provide you with a tracking number.
- You will have 3 days to send the item back for store credit once your return has been approved.
- Once we receive the items back we will process the return and credit the balance back via a gift card that can be used at any time.
- Please contact us here fullhouseboutique@yahoo.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
- Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
