Returns Info


  • Due to COVID-19, we will NOT accept any returns at this time unless item is defective.
  • Please notify us by email within 48 hours of receiving merchandise if your item is defective.
  • Once approved, we will email you with attached return instructions.
  • Please note return shipping cost is not prepaid. We suggest using USPS, UPS or another shipping company that can provide you with a tracking number.
  • You will have 3 days to send the item back for store credit once your return has been approved.
  • Once we receive the items back we will process the return and credit the balance back via a gift card that can be used at any time.
  • Please contact us here to receive an RMA# for your return.
  • Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
